Booking Terms and Conditions
Sul Lago Private Lounge
Please ensure you read the following conditions carefully.
- All bookings must pay in full at the time of booking.
- Bookings are not refundable.
- Lounge booking are based on a minimum of 40 adults. Price is charged per attending guest. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Payments of absent guests are not deductible or refundable from the final balance; furthermore payments made by absent guests are not refundable or transferable to goods in lieu under any circumstances.
- Last order is at 11:00 all guests are required to leave by 11:30.
- The management reserve the right to refuse entry or eject from the premises any guests who do not comply with the dress / sobriety code.
- Failure to comply with this will result in the loss of booking and associated deposit.
Mother's Day Booking Condition
Please ensure you read the following conditions carefully.
- All bookings must pay a non-refundable deposit of 20.00 per person.
- The deposits of absent guests are not deductible from the final balance; furthermore, payments made by absent guests are not refundable or transferable to goods in lieu under any circumstances.
- Upon receipt of your deposit, your booking will be confirmed and receipt will be issued to you.
- Tables reservations are for a maximum of 2 hours from the time of reservation. Please allow 30 minutes prior to the reservation time for pre-dinner drinks. After your meal feel free to use our bar area.
- If you require a highchair or space for a car seat (Due to lack of space no prams are allowed) do specify this at the time of the booking.
- Tables will be held for 10 minutes and then released or changed to the present number of guests. Late arrivals will be refused.
- We cannot guarantee specific tables in the restaurant but requests are noted.
- The management reserve the right to refuse entry or eject from the premises any guests who do not comply with the dress / sobriety code.
- A 10% discretionary service charge is added to all guest bills. 100% of the Service Charge and tips received are passed onto our employees in accordance with the Allocation of Tips Act 2023.
- Failure to comply with this will result in the loss of booking and associated deposit and full payments.
All other bookings
Please ensure you read the following conditions carefully.
- All bookings of 6 or more must pay a non-refundable deposit of 10.00 per person.
- A 10% discretionary service charge is added to all guest bills. 100% of the Service Charge and tips received are passed onto our employees in accordance with the Allocation of Tips Act 2023.
- The deposits of absent guests are not deductible from the final balance; furthermore payments made by absent guests are not refundable or transferable to goods in lieu under any circumstances.
- Upon receipt of your deposit, your booking will be confirmed and receipt will be issued to you.
- Tables reservations are for a maximum of 1.45 minute from the time of reservation. Please allow 30 minutes prior to the reservation time for pre-dinner drinks. After your meal feel free to use our bar area.
